About Hans Stremme
With nearly 10 years professional experience in a leading position in the executive-search industry in China, Hans has completed numerous searches for C-level, function-head and regional head positions in China and Asia-Pacific. The client base comes from the automotive, chemical, engineering, life-science and FMCG industries.
With his strong engagement in the European Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai (chair of the HR Working Group for the last few years), Hans has developed an extensive network in the local and international business community in China.
Prior to joining the executive search industry, Hans has gathered over 25 years professional experience in top-managerial positions in international companies in Europe, the Middle-East and Asia, ranging from general manufacturing, engineering and international trading to hospital management and supply companies.
Hans graduated with a degree in Business Administration (Dipl. Kaufmann) from the University of Hamburg and speaks German and English.
