Robert J. Bak is a partner with Ward Howell Seoul Office, where he leads digital transformation and innovation practice.
Robert joined Ward Howell from SAP, where he led Cloud Human Capital Management Business to progress in maturing their approach to solution utilization-optimization and value realization.
Prior to SAP, Robert held several Sr. Director and partner positions in consultancy services in Global HR Strategy, Talent Management & Acquisition, building and leading global organization design, competency modeling, performance management. Earlier in his professional services career, Robert has spent last few years primarily focus on cross-border team building and C-suit Recruitment service platform.
Robert is a certified SPHR and has studied MBA in New York University, Stern School of Business and received BS degree in Computer Science from Bloomfield College.
