Graduating with an MSc in 2000 in Business Information Technology, Nadiya commenced her career in HR. Working for some of the largest public sector organizations, she diversified her experience portfolio working on HR transformation and change projects, whilst also gaining functional HR experience. She has lead on award winning HR projects, within strong unionized environments, with an emphasis on developing and retaining leadership talent through to improving the recruitment and management of a volumised contingent workforce. It was during this time that Nadiya gained her initial experience of recruiting to executive level positions. Since then, Nadiya has managed the recruitment to a number of senior executive roles across a range of disciplines including Trading/ Commercial, Policy, HR & Transformation, both as standalone BAU activity as well as a part of large complex re-structures, reporting up to the Chief Executive level. She has also managed PSL frameworks and contracts. Nadiya’s diverse experience provides her with a good foundation to consult with clients and drive talent solutions. Nadiya joined Ward Howell in August 2013 as a Client Partner, where she will gain exposure to multiple sectors and International markets. She holds a Masters in HR Management and is a Chartered member of the CIPD. She is also Level A and B (British Psychological Society) qualified in psychometric assessments.
