Whitney’s career in executive search spans a 20+ year period. She joined Curran Partners, a retained executive search firm, after completion of her undergraduate studies. In 2017, Curran Partners merged with Ward Howell and Whitney joined the company as Director of Research.
During Whitney’s tenure with Curran Partners, she grew through positions of increasing responsibility. She led and was directly engaged in research, candidate development and search assignment execution. She also had direct interaction with clients in coordinating and integrating recruiting efforts, search planning and regularly reviewing search progress. Although Curran Partners was a generalist firm, a significant portion of the searches conducted were in life sciences and consumer products, giving her a particular affinity for those two industry sectors. Over the course of her career in executive search, Whitney has cultivated lasting relationships with well-placed senior executives who play a key role in identifying exceptional candidates.
A Connecticut native, Whitney earned a B.A. from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and an M.Ed. in Education from the University of New Hampshire.
